Thorskogs slott is a manor situated 45 minutes north of Gothenburg, which we'll have entirely to ourselves this weekend. The building sits in a beautiful English park overlooking the riverbanks of Göta älv.

The main building was built in 1892 in its current form, but the castle's history dates back to the 16th century. Back then, The site held a smithy and a mill until one of the early owners built a manor on the grounds. At the same time, gardens and a large pond were established. During our weekend at Thorskogs slott, we have access to the entire castle and its surroundings, giving you ample opportunity to explore its rich history.
